【摘要】 目的探讨2型糖尿病患者外周血血清中miR-126的表达水平及其临床意义。方法采用荧光定量PCR方法检测77例糖代谢异常患者血清miR-126的表达(其中糖调节受损组26例,初发2型糖尿病组23例,2型糖尿病伴有血管病变患者28例,和30例健康对照组)。结果 miR-126在健康对照组与糖调节受损组血清中的表达无统计学意义(P>0.05);初发糖尿病组与健康对照组及糖调节受损组之间均有统计学意义(P<0.01);糖尿病伴有血管病变组与健康对照组及糖调节受损组之间均有统计学意义(P<0.01),但与初发糖尿病组无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病及合并有血管病变患者外周血血清中miR-126水平呈低表达。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate clinical significance of expression level of miR-126 in serum from type 2 diabetic patients peripheral.Methods The miR126 expression level was investigated in serum from 77 patients with abnormal glucose metabolism(26 cases with impaired glucose regulation,23 cases with newonset type 2 diabetes,28 type 2 diabetic patients with vascular lesions) and 30 healthy case controls by reverse transcriptional real time polymerase chain reaction(PCR).Results There was no significant difference for serum miR-126 expression level between healthy case control group and impaired glucose regulation group(P>0.05).Compared with healthy control group and impaired glucose regulation group,serum miR-126 expression level of the difference in new-onset type 2 diabetes group was significantly downregulated(P<0.01),and serum miR-126 expression level of type 2 diabeties with vascular lesions group was also significantly downregulated(P<0.01),but there is no significant difference between new-onset type 2 diabetes group and type 2 diabeties with vascular lesions group(P>0.05).Conclusions Serum miR-126 level was decreased in type 2 diabetic patients and those with vascular lesions.更多还原
