矿用电动挖掘机直流调速系统的仿真建模与分析

【摘要】 在直流调速原理的基础上,运用Matlab的Simulink和SimPowerSystems工具箱、面向系统电气原理结构图的仿真方法,对矿用电动挖掘机双闭环直流调速系统进行了仿真,并作出了分析和比较.给出了矿用电动挖掘机直流调速系统的仿真模型和仿真波形,从仿真结果可以验证仿真模型及调节器参数设置的正确性.仿真结果表明,反馈控制系统具有明显的硬度,机械特性不易受干扰;双闭环系统具有较好的快速性和稳定性.

【Abstract】 Based on the principle of the DC speed regulation,the Simulink and SimPowerSystems toolbox in the Matlab were applied,and the simulation method facing the system’s structure of electrical principle was used,the double loop-locked system of DC speed control for mining electric excavator were simulated,even more,it was made analysis and comparison.The simulation model and waveform of DC speed control system for the motor were provided.The results verify that the simulation model and the setting of parameter are precision.The simulation results show that the feedback control systems have obvious rigidity,and mechanical properties are vulnerable to interference.Double closed-loop system has good performance on the efficiency and stability.
