【Abstract】 In the early June of 2011,the national plan for functional area has been released.According to the plan,Jizhongnan economic zone is clearly positioned,which directs the economic development of Hebei Province in the future.The modern service industry is one of the industries to be established.Although currently the developing speed of modern service industry in Jizhongnan economic zone is very fast,its developing level is much lower.So,this article points that the innovation mode of training personnel fit for modern service industry is the key factor which fastens the industry development.更多还原
