【摘要】 在充分考虑发展中国家模仿型R&D与创新型R&D效率以及企业内部技术溢出效率的基础上,构建两国双寡头对外投资的博弈模型,论证发展中国家技术寻求型对外投资的博弈战略。从理论角度论证了发展中国家技术寻求型对外投资的可行性,并指出发展中国家要进行技术寻求,需要以较高的外部技术溢出和内部技术溢出效率为基础,同时衡量国外市场的大小。市场越大,内外技术溢出越大,技术寻求的动机就越大。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper constructs a duopoly game model between two countries based on the efficiency among imitational R&D,innovation R&D and the firms’ internal technology spillover in developing country.This research not only discusses the Game strategy on developing country’s technology-seeking foreign investment,but also proves the probability of technology-seeking foreign investment in developing countries.Moreover,developing countries should have a higher efficiency on internal and external technology spillover in order to conduct technology-seeking.In addition,the market size will affect the internal technology spillover and the motivation of technology-seeking.更多还原
