【摘要】 基于减轻企业负担考虑的幼儿园体制改革,对幼儿教师的生存产生了重大影响。在幼儿园改制过程中,幼儿园教师普遍经历了"反应强烈、情绪失控,消极看破、自我嘲弄,收拾心情、日子继续"的心理历程。改制之后,多数幼儿教师只有"转岗做后勤工作""留下来做临时工""到小学继续工作""早日退休"等出路。这种负面的消极影响持续至今,未能妥善解决的编制、工资、职称和养老等问题仍在严重地损害着改制幼儿园教师的生存质量。更多还原
