氮肥后移对不同基因型杂交籼稻碾米与外观品质的影响

Effect of Nitrogen Fertilizer Postponing on Milling Quality and Appearance Quality of Indica Hybrid Rice in Different Genotypes

【摘要】 以不同基因型杂交籼稻为试验材料,在相同施氮量(180 kg/hm2)下,研究不同氮肥后移比例(基蘖肥∶穗肥)对籽粒碾米和外观品质的影响。结果表明:氮肥后移可以提高籼稻籽粒的碾米品质和外观品质,氮肥后移对各基因型籼稻籽粒糙米率、精米率、整精米率等碾米品质以及籽粒垩白度、透明度等外观品质都有不同程度的影响。其中Ⅱ优498、蓉18优188和川香9838的糙米率和精米率随氮肥后移量的增加呈先增加后减少的趋势,F优498的糙米率和精米率随氮肥后移量的增加而增加;Ⅱ优498和蓉18优188的垩白度都随氮肥后移量的增加而减小,川香9838的垩白度随氮肥后移量的增加而增加,F优498在不同氮肥处理下其垩白度差异不显著;各个品种的透明度级数随氮肥后移量的增加而减小;氮肥后移对籽粒垩白大小和长宽比影响不显著。

【Abstract】 Four different genotypes of India hybrid rice were used as tested material to study,the effects of different nitrogen fertilizer postponing rate(basic tiller fertilizer amount: ear fertilizer amount) on the milling quality and appearance quality of Indica Hybrid Rice under the same total nitrogen amount(180 kg/hm2).The result showed that the milling quality and appearance quality were improved by nitrogen fertilizer postponing.Nitrogen fertilizer postponing had different effects on the percentage of brown rice rate,milled rice recovery,head rice rate,chalkiness degree and transparency of different genotypes.The brown rice rate and milled rice rate of Ⅱyou 498,Rong 18,you 188 and Chuanxiang 9838 had a decrease after increasing as the nitrogen fertilizer postponing rate increased,while the brown rice rate and milled rice rate of F you 498 increased as the nitrogen fertilizer postponing rate increased.The chalkiness degree of Ⅱyou 498 and Rong 18 you 188 reduced as postponing rate of nitrogen fertilizer increased,the chalkiness of Chuanxiang 9838 increased as the postponing rate of nitrogen fertilizer increased,but the chalkiness of F you 498 was not affected significantly by different nitrogen treatment.The transparency degree of all the four genotypes decreased as the postponing rate of nitrogen fertilizer increased,but the postponing effects of nitrogen fertilizer on chalkiness score and length/width of them was not obvious.
