壳聚糖对金顶侧耳液体发酵可溶性糖含量的影响

【摘要】 本实验以液体深层发酵法培养金顶侧耳,研究在不同浓度(0.250、0.125、0.083、0.063、0.05 mg/mL)壳聚糖的条件下对金顶侧耳菌丝体可溶性糖的影响。结果表明:壳聚糖对金顶侧耳菌丝体的多糖产量均具有促进作用,但随添加壳聚糖浓度不同而有所不同。其中以0.063 mg/mL的壳聚糖促进作用最为明显,发酵液中多糖含量增加最多。

【Abstract】 Taken the Pleurotus citrinopileatus as tested material,the water-soluble polysaccharide of the hyphostroma in different concentration(0.250,0.125,0.083,0.063,0.05 mg/mL) chitosan were studied.The results showed that the different concentration of chitosan could promot its polysaccharide yield,and the promotion was followed by the concentration of chitosan.The most obvious promotion was under the chitosan concentration of 0.063 mg/mL,and the increase of its polysaccharide content was the maximum.
