砂仁叶斑病病原菌生物学特性及药剂筛选研究

【摘要】 对采自西双版纳景洪的砂仁叶斑病标样进行病原菌分离纯化,得到引起砂仁叶斑病病原节梨孢菌(Gonmatopyricularia am-omi)菌株,并对其进行生物学特性及药剂抑菌筛选试验。结果表明,利用不同培养基进行培养节梨孢菌长势有一定差异,病菌在不同培养基上生长速率高低顺序为黑麦A>米糠>燕麦>PDA>玉米>V8>番茄汁。通过温度对节梨孢菌生长影响测定,该菌在4~35℃的温度下均可生长,较适宜的生长温度为15~30℃;在10~35℃的温度下均可产孢,以25~30℃温度下产孢量较大,在4℃温度下不产孢。选用14种杀菌剂进行节梨孢菌室内抑菌测定,效果较好的药剂有40%百菌清、72%杜邦克露、80%代森锰锌、70%甲基托布津、80%多菌灵、72%甲霜.锰锌、64%杀毒矾和5%烯唑醇,抑菌效果均达100%;其次是75%达科宁和50%唏酰吗啉,抑菌效果为64.81%和62.96%;而霜霉威、春雷霉素、50%安克和15%三唑酮的抑菌效果不明显,在16.67%~22.22%。

【Abstract】 The pathogen(Gonmatopyricularia amomi Z.D.Jiang et P.K.Chi) causing leaf spot on Amomum villosum Lour was isolated from the diseased leaves in Xishuangbanna of Yunnan.The biological characteristics and fungicides depression effect of the pathogens were studied.The results showed that the optimum culture medium for colony growth were RA>Rice hust> Oat >PDA>Corn>V8>Tomato.The temperature ranges of the mycelial growth were all 4-35 ℃ with optimum at 15-30 ℃,and the spores could be generated between 25-35 ℃.The result of fungicide depression effect to pathogen showed that 40 % Chlorothalonil,72 % DuPont kelu,80 % Mancozeb,70 % Topsin-M,80 % Carbendazim WP,72 % Metalaxyl Mancozeb,64 % Oxadixyl.Mancozeb,5 % Diniconazole were 100 %,and 75 % Daktarin,50 % Dimethomorph were 64.81 % and 62.96 %,respectively,and Propamocarb,Kasugamycin,50 % Acrobat,15 % Triadimefon were between 16.67 %-22.22 %.
