云南大豆品种抗虫性鉴定及评价方法研究

【摘要】 采用温室栽培接虫鉴定与田间套种自然鉴定相结合,对9个大豆育种新材料和品种进行了抗鳞翅目害虫鉴定及评价试验研究,用目测抗虫指数调查法,计算平均抗虫指数,得到综合抗虫指数进行评价。结果表明,大豆育种材料和品种12-1、滇豆6号、滇豆7号对鳞翅目害虫抗性表现为抗虫(R);大豆育种材料和品种11-1、29-1、67-1、89-1、滇豆4号、滇豆5号对鳞翅目害虫抗性表现为中抗(MR)。试验结果品种间差异明显,调查及评价方法简便易行,为大豆田间抗虫品种筛选及利用提供理论依据。

【Abstract】 The resistance to Lepidoptera insects of 9 new soybean breeding materials and cultivars were investigated and evaluated in the greenhouse as well as in the field at the same time during 2010.The insect-Resistance test was measured visually according to related papers.The integrated insect-Resistance index based on the mean value of each germplasm was compared in the comprehensive evaluation.The results were showed as follows: the cultivars 12-1,Diandou No.6 and Diandou No.7 presented Lepidoptera-resistance(R);the cultivars 11-1,29-1,67-1,89-1,Diandou No.4 and Diandou No.5 presented moderate Lepidoptera-Resistance(MR).
