红心萝卜肉质根性状间的关系

【摘要】 以7个红心萝卜品种(系)为试材,对9个肉质根性状间的关系进行相关分析、逐步回归分析与通径分析。结果表明,肉质根产量主要受地上部长度的影响,其丰产性育种应以增大地上部长度为主攻目标;横径越大和肉质根产量越高则肉质根色素含量越低;肉质根产量、皮厚和地上部长度是影响肉质根色素产量的重要性状,决定了色素产量变异的98.53%,分析提出色素丰产性育种应在肉质根产量保持适当而又相对稳定的条件下,选择地上部较长的品种,而直接选择肉质根皮越厚的品种,色素改良效果会更加明显。

【Abstract】 Studies on relationship among 9 different agronomic characters of the flesh root were carried out with correlations,regression and path analyses by use of 7 red-core radish varieties. The results showed that yield of the flesh root was mainly affected by length of the parts of aboveground.It suggested that the main approach of high root-yield breeding was to increase the length of the parts of aboveground.Larger horizontal length and higher yield of the flesh root was related to lower pigment content.Yield of the flesh root,peel thickness and length of the parts of aboveground were the most important characters to affect the pigment yield of the flesh root.So longer parts of aboveground was helpful for increasing pigment yield under the conditions of keeping adequate and relatively stable root-yield.It was obvious for improving.pigment yield to direcly select the varieties with thicker peel of the flesh root.
