心肌细胞钠电流的仿真模型研究
A Novel Computational Model of Na~+ Current in Cardiocytes
【摘要】 目的本研究旨在建立一种新的心肌细胞Na+电流仿真模型。方法参照现有文献数据,应用Matlab语言建立了新的心肌细胞Na+电流仿真模型,并将仿真模型模拟的Na+电流特征与动物研究的心肌细胞Na+电流作了比较。结果仿真Na+电流特征确实与实验研究结果相似。结论我们所建立的心肌细胞Na+电流仿真模型可能适用于未来的心肌电生理仿真研究。
【Abstract】 Objective To develop a novel mathematical model of Na+current in cardiomyocytes.Methods In the present study,Matlab language was used to develop the novel mathematical model based on previous data,and the simulated Na+currents were compared with the reportedly experimental data on Na+currents.Results The features of simulated Na+currents were similar to those of experimental studies.Conclusion Our mathematical model of Na+current might provide an effective way to perform the future simulation study on cardiac electrophysiology.
