荧光法研究吡啶甲酸铬与牛血清白蛋白的相互作用

【摘要】 用荧光光谱法和吸收光谱法研究了在生理条件下吡啶甲酸铬(CP)与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)之间的相互作用.结果表明,CP对BSA的荧光有猝灭作用,其猝灭过程属于动态猝灭.通过计算得出CP与BSA的结合常数(KA)及结合位点数(n).根据同步荧光光谱法研究了CP对BSA构象的影响.

【Abstract】 The interaction between chromium picolinate(CP) and bovine serum albumin(BSA) was investigated by absorption spectrometry and fluorescence spectrometry under physiological conditions.The results showed that the fluorescence of BSA was quenched by CP,which was a dynamic quenching process.The binding constants(KA) and the corresponding numbers of binding sites(n) were obtained by calculation.The effect of CP on the conformation of BSA was analyzed by synchronous fluorescence spectrometry.
