【摘要】 为比较棉花F2与重组近交系群体(Recombinant inbred line,RIL)图谱的特点,利用312对在陆地棉品种渝棉1号与中棉所35间表现多态性的SSR引物,分别检测(中棉所35×渝棉1号)F2和F2∶7重组近交系群体的标记基因型.采用相同作图参数分别构建F2和RIL群体图谱.F2和RIL群体图谱在连锁群数、标记数、基因组覆盖率、标记间平均距离以及标记染色体分布顺序一致性上均存在差异.更多还原

【Abstract】 To compare the characteristics of the genetic maps of the F2 and the recombinant inbred line(RIL) populations,312 SSR primer pairs that showed polymorphism between upland cotton cultivars Yumian 1 and CRI 35 were used to identify the DNA molecular marker genotypes of the(Yumian1× CRI) F2 and F2∶7 RIL populations,and the same mapping parameters were used to construct the F2 and the RIL maps.The linkage groups,mapped loci,genome coverage ratios,marker intervals and marker chromosome distribution order were shown to be different between the F2 and the RIL maps.更多还原
