【摘要】 目的了解某医学院校男性教师、医生与学生的控烟相关行为与态度。方法整群抽取某医学院校男教师、医生与学生198名、301名和605名,采用自填式匿名问卷进行调查。结果男性教师、医生和学生的吸烟率分别为49.49%、32.23%和6.04%;男性教师和医生日均吸烟量多为1～10支,显著大于医学生(P<0.05);这三类人群对职业医务人员控烟责任与义务的认同度在67%～85%之间,其同事、同学或朋友对吸烟持"部分反对"或"无所谓者"的比例较高。结论男性教师吸烟情况较为突出,控烟态度有待于加强。因此,需要采取切实措施约束教师吸烟行为并将其列入对教师的考核;加强医学生的控烟教育,创造良好的无烟环境;多方面合作,从法规政策的角度加强控烟。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To identify the smoking behavior and attitude on tobacco control among male teachers,male doctors and male students in a medical college.Method:Using the cluster sampling method,198 male teachers,301 male doctors and 605 male students were chosen and surveyed with an anonymous self-administered questionnaire.Result:The smoking rate among teachers,doctors and students was 49.49%,32.23% and 6.04%;the average daily cigarette consumption of doctors and teachers was mostly between 1 and 10 sticks,significantly higher than the students(P<0.05).The identity on tobacco control responsibilities and obligations of the three groups was between 67%-85%;a higher proportion of their colleagues,classmates or friends had part opposition and indifferent attitude towards smoking.Conclusion:Should continue to strengthen tobacco control in male teachers in medical college.Therefore,measurements should be taken to restrain smoking in male teachers and include it into their assessments;strengthen tobacco control education in young students in medical college,improve the smoking-free environment construction;carry out all-round cooperation,strengthen the smoking control based on laws and policies.更多还原
