【摘要】 目的通过对手术患者围手术期需求的调查分析,探讨解决患者需求的护理对策,为改进手术室护理服务质量,推进手术室优质护理服务提供理论依据。方法采用随机抽样法,用一般人口学资料调查表和根据马斯洛需求层次论自行设计的调查问卷,对125名择期手术患者进行问卷调查。结果在生理需求方面,患者对手术期间没有疼痛的需求最为迫切;在安全需求方面,患者普遍关心的问题是参与手术人员的技术水平和适度的手术费用;在爱与归属需求方面,患者最关心的是在手术间内能够看到主刀医生并能够得到医务人员的关心;在尊重的需求方面,主要体现在对患者适当的遮挡、保护患者的隐私及操作时的告知;在自我实现的需求方面,患者期望能够知晓如何配合医务人员以保证自己手术的顺利进行。结论根据患者不同层次的需求,制订手术室优质护理服务内容,针对患者最关注和最焦虑的问题采取有效的护理措施,提高手术室护理质量,确保患者手术安全,满足患者的不同需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the requirements of perioperative patients,discuss the nursing countermeasures,and to improve the nursing service quality in operating room and to provide a theoretical basis for promoting the nursing service quality.Methods:Using random sampling method,125 patients with elective surgical procedures were given the self-designed questionnaire survey.Results:Having no pain was the most urgent physiological need;Operation personnel’s technical level and moderate operation costs were the security needs;Getting caring from doctors was the love and belonging feel need;protecting the patient’s privacy and informed consent was the respect needs;patients expecting to know how to cooperate with medical personnel to ensure the smooth progress of his surgery was the self-realization need.Conclusion:According to patients’s different levels needs,making clear the service content,taking measures to solve the problems the patients most concerning may help to improve the operating room nursing quality,ensure patient safety,and meet the different needs of patients.更多还原
