关于医学留学生伦理学教育的探讨

【摘要】 通过对医学留学生基本情况进行分析,认为由于留学生在入学前所接受的教育不同,个人的知识水平和综合能力的参差不齐,造成了不同国家和地区的医学留学生在道德基础、知识面和行为能力等方面存在差距。针对以上问题,结合医学留学生教学的实际,提出进行医学留学生医学伦理学教育的思路:转变教学观念、优化课程设置、组织教学教材、选择授课语种、组合教学方法、优化校园文化,通过对医学留学生进行良好的医学伦理学教育,促使其成为合格的医学人才。

【Abstract】 Through the analysis of medical overseas students,this paper indicated that different school education before entering a university,different knowledge level and the comprehensive ability lead to the various countries and regions of the students moral basis,between knowledge and behavior ability gap.According to these problems,combining medical overseas students’ practical teaching,this paper put forward medical ethics education ideas for medical overseas students: changing the view of teaching,optimizing of course setting,organizing of teaching material selection,teaching language,teaching methods,optimizing the combination of campus culture.Through the good medical ethics education for medical overseas students,make them become qualified medical talents.
