【摘要】 目的了解北海市儿童贫血的原因。方法收集2001～2011年10年间在我院住院治疗的贫血患儿的病例资料,进行回顾性分析。结果 10年间共收住贫血患儿280例,其中红细胞葡萄糖6-磷酸脱氨酶(G-6-PD)缺乏症132例,占47.14%,恶性肿瘤44例,占15.71%,两病在2009年前有增加趋势,但近两年又有所下降;地中海贫血50例,占17.86%,有逐年增加趋势;营养性缺铁性贫血(IDA)34例,占12.14%,发病率逐年减少;再生障碍性贫血8例,占2.86%,出血性贫血12例,占4.29%,变化趋势不明显。结论引起北海市儿童贫血原因的排序已发生了变化,遗传性疾病已成为导致贫血的主要原因,其中G-6-PD缺乏症尤为突出,地中海贫血次之,故应做好产前诊断,减少儿童贫血的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the causes of anaemia in children from Beihai city.Methods A retrospective analysis was made in case data collected from kids with anaemia in our hospital from 2001 to 2011.Results Within the 10 years,totally 280 children with anaemia were hospitalized,in which 132 cases were erythrocyte glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase(G-6-PD)deficiency(47.14%)and 44 ones were malignant tumor(15.71%).The ratio of children with the two diseases had a tendency of increment before 2009,but decreased in recent two years.Mediterranean anemia occurred in 50 cases(17.86)%,and the number had a tendency of increment year by year;nutritional iron deficiency anemia occurred in 34 cases(12.14%),and its incidence decreased year by year;aplastic anemia occurred in 8 cases(2.86%);hemorrhagic anemia occurred in 12 cases(4.29%),and its tendency of changing was not significant.Conclusion The order of the reasons causing anaemia in children from Beihai city has changed.Genetic diseases become the main reason causing the anaemia,among which G-6-PD deficiency is the most outstanding,and mediterranean aneamia takes the second place.Prenatal diagnosis should be well performed in order to reduce the incidence of aneamia in children.更多还原
