日粮组合效应对瘤胃可利用粗蛋白的影响

【摘要】 为了研究日粮组合效应对瘤胃可利用粗蛋白(uCP)的影响,以装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的黄牛作为瘤胃液的供体动物,应用短期人工瘤胃发酵技术研究日粮组合效应对瘤胃可利用粗蛋白(uCP)和瘤胃NH3-N的影响。结果表明,混合日粮按照单一饲料样品的uCP加权求和值(x)与实际测定的uCP(y)之间存在显著的一元回归关系(y=1.06x-2.67,R2=0.82,P<0.01,n=24)。混合日粮按照加权求和的uCP(x)和实际测定的uCP(y)值之间差异极显著(t检验,P<0.01),表明对uCP而言,饲料间在瘤胃内存在极显著的日粮组合效应。研究还发现,NH3-N和uCP发生相反类型的组合效应,这是因为瘤胃微生物利用饲料分解产生的NH3-N合成微生物蛋白(MCP),造成瘤胃中NH3-N浓度下降,但合成MCP会使uCP升高。

【Abstract】 The utilizable crude protein(uCP) includes the rumen microbial crude protein(MCP) and the rumen un-degradable dietary crude protein(UDP).In this study,one adult cattle fitted with a perpetual large rumen cannula was used as the donor of rumen fluid.The animal was fed with a mixed ration(33% concentrate) twice daily and had free access to water.The results showed that there was a significant regression relationship between the uCP value calculated by associated effects(x) and those measured by the in vitro incubation technique(y,24 h incubation): y=1.06x-2.67 R2=0.82 P<0.01 n=24.The uCP value had significant associated effects(t tested between x and y,P=0.002<0.01).In addition,NH3-N and uCP were the opposite types of associated effects because the MCP was synthesized to make use of the NH3-N in the rumen.
