【摘要】 为了确定秃疮花水溶性外用制剂的临床应用剂量标准,试验采用甘肃省畜牧兽医研究所研制的秃疮花水溶性外用制剂,以寇氏法进行了体外抗菌试验。试验结果表明秃疮花水溶性外用制剂对大肠杆菌、葡萄球菌和链球菌的IC50分别为0.98±0.16、2.54±0.39和1.60±0.34(含N量mg/mL)。这说明秃疮花水溶性外用制剂对大肠杆菌、葡萄球菌和链球菌有一定的杀菌抑菌功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Antibacterial test in vitro using Karber method was conducted to determine clinical dose standard for Dicranostigma leptopodum(Maxim) Fedde of water soluble preparation for external use(development by Gansu Institute of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine).The results demonstrated that the half inhibitory concentrations(IC50) for E.coli,Staphylococcus and Streptococcus were 0.98±0.16,2.54±0.39 and 1.60±0.34(N amount of mg / ml).This proved that the preparation had certain bacteriostatic function for the bacteria mentioned above.更多还原
