【摘要】 目的:调查山东省男性勃起功能障碍(ED)发生情况及其相关影响因素。方法:采用国际通行勃起功能国际问卷来评价ED的指标(IIEF-5),对山东省的5个县市区中3991例成年男性进行调查。结果:ED的总患病率为25.8%,40岁及以上人群的患病率为33.83%,且随其年龄增长而上升,60岁以上者上升幅度尤为明显。年龄是影响ED患病率的首要因素。同时,ED患病率与器质性疾病和家居环境、夫妻关系相关,并与不良生活习惯如吸烟有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives;To study on the erectile dysfunction and its related factors in Shandong.Methods;3,991 adult male patients in 5 cities and counties of Shandong province were surveyed by the international questionnaire for international index of erectile function(IIEF -5).Results;The total prevalence rate of ED is 25.8%.Among those aged 40 years and above,the prevalence rate is 33.83%.And among people aged 60 and above,with the age increases,the rise of prevalence rate is particularly obvious.Age is the primary factor that affects the prevalence rate of ED.At the same time,the prevalence of ED is also influenced by organic diseases,house environment,couple relationships,and bad habits such as smoking.更多还原
