【摘要】 目的:了解中国大陆青少年高危性行为发生的状况,为进一步研究干预及预防对策提供依据。方法:根据文献检索策略及纳入、排除标准,检索中国相关生物医学数据库,并结合文献追溯的方法,查找相关文献,提取数据,制成数据库进行Meta分析。结果:检索、识别相关文献717篇,纳入75篇文献,青少年首次性行为发生的平均年龄为(19.38±1.94)岁,首次性行为安全套使用率37.2%(95%CI:35.5%～38.9%);多个性伴侣发生率33.2%(95%CI:31.0%～35.5%);青少年妊娠发生率15.1%(95%CI:13.9%～16.4%)。相对于女生,男生发生性行为的概率是女生的2.09倍(OR=2.09,95%CI:1.79～2.39)。结论:我国青少年高危性行为发生状况令人担忧,尽早完善指导性干预措施势在必行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives: To examine high-risk sexual behaviors among adolescents in China’s mainland and to provide the reference for the future intervention and prevention.Methods: The articles about high-risk sexual behaviors among adolescents were sorted based on our selection and exclusion criteria.We also checked the reference lists of relevant articles.Meta-analysis was conducted to obtain overall effect size of variables on high-risk sexual behaviors among adolescents.Results: In total,717 articles were sorted and 75 were included.Meta-analysis showed that the average age for sexual behavior debut was 19.38±1.94;the rate of condom use at sexual behavior debut was 37.2%(95%CI:35.5%-38.9%);the occurrence of sexual behaviors with multiple partners accounted for 33.2%(95%CI:31.0%-35.5%) and the rate of adolescent pregnancy was 15.1%(95%CI:13.9%-16.4%).Compared with female adolescents,male adolescents were 2.09 times more easier to have sexual intercourse(OR=2.09,95%CI:1.79-2.39).Conclusion: The phenomenon of high-risk sexual behaviors among adolescents should attract more concern in China’s mainland.The corresponding intervention and prevention measures should be developed as early as possible.更多还原
