【摘要】 目的评价阿司匹林与中药遏糖网颗粒单用及联用对非增生性糖尿病视网膜病变进展的影响。方法将240例非增生性糖尿病视网膜病变患者随机分为A组、B组、C组、D组,分别采用糖尿病常规治疗+阿司匹林治疗、糖尿病常规治疗+遏糖网颗粒治疗、糖尿病常规治疗+阿司匹林+遏糖网颗粒治疗及糖尿病常规治疗,疗程3a,每6个月行荧光素眼底血管造影和视力检查。结果 A组、B组、C组、D组3a糖尿病视网膜病变累计进展率分别为25.5%、21.2%、15.1%和38.9%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.387,P=0.025),C组发生进展的风险是D组的0.334倍,差异有统计学意义(P=0.008)。A组和B组进展的风险亦小于D组,但差异无统计学意义(P=0.110、0.060)。时间对视力有影响(F=3.740,P=0.012);不同组之间的视力差异有统计学意义(F=4.370,P=0.005),其中C组视力基本趋于平稳,A组、B组和D组视力均呈下降趋势,以D组降低幅度最大。结论阿司匹林及中药遏糖网颗粒干预均可延缓非增生性糖尿病视网膜病变的进展速度,保护现存视力,二者联合使用效果更佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of single aspirin or combined with Etangwang granule on the progression of non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy. Methods A total of 240 patients with non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy were randomly divided into group A,B,C and D,in which the patients received the routine treatment plus aspirin,the routine treatment plus Etangwang granule,the routine treatment plus aspirin and Etangwang granules,and the routine treatment for 3 years,respectively.The fluorescein angiography and the vision examination were performed once 6 months. Results The 3-year overall progressive rate of diabetic retinopathy in group A,B,C and D were 25.5%,21.2%,15.1% and 38.9%,respectively,there was significant difference(χ2=9.387,P=0.025).The hazard of diabetic retinopathy progression of group C was 0.334 times than that of group D,there was significant difference(P=0.008);The hazard of diabetic retinopathy progression of group A and B were also less than that of group D,but there was no statistical difference(P=0.110,0.060).Time had effect on the change of visual acuity(F=3.740,P=0.012);There was statistical difference in visual acuity among four groups(F=3.740,P=0.012),the visual acuity stabled in group C,and was in a downward trend in group A、B and D,especially group D. Conclusion Both aspirin and Etangwang granules can delay the progression of non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy,protect the existing visual acuity,and the combination of them can exert better effects.更多还原
