【摘要】 目的观察复方血栓通胶囊在白内障超声乳化吸出术后患者视力恢复中的作用。方法采用单中心随机对照临床研究方法。收集380例(380眼)手术顺利的老年性白内障患者,排除术前有眼内手术史、糖尿病、玻璃体视网膜疾病、青光眼、角膜白斑者,以及术后出现严重角膜水肿、葡萄膜炎、前房出血、继发性青光眼等并发症的患者,分为研究组190例(190眼)和对照组190例(190眼)。研究组术后立即口服复方血栓通胶囊1.5g,每天3次,连续服用2周,对照组患者不服用,观察两组患者术后1d、7d、1个月、3个月、6个月、12个月的视力情况。结果研究组术后1d、7d、1个月、3个月、6个月、12个月的最佳矫正视力均值分别为0.45、0.62、0.78、0.81、0.83、0.86,明显高于对照组0.25、0.37、0.43、0.52、0.61、0.66,研究组各时间点视力均明显高于对照组,差异均有显著统计学意义(均为P<0.001);研究组术后7d矫正视力均值为0.62,对照组术后6个月视力均值为0.61,研究组矫正视力恢复到较好水平时间较对照组明显缩短。结论复方血栓通胶囊能改善白内障超声乳化吸出术后视神经视网膜缺血和缺氧状态,具有提高视力、较快恢复良好视力的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of Fufang XueShuanTong capsule on visual improvement after phacoemulsification in old cataract patients.Methods Using single-center randomized control clinical research,380 senile cataract patients(380 eyes) after uneventful phacoemulsification cataract extraction with posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation were collected.Exclusion criteria included a history of previous intraocular surgery,vitreous loss during cataract surgery,uveitis,and vitreoretinal pathology,glaucoma,cornea spot,postoperative severe corneal edema,uveitis,anterior chamber bleeding and secondary glaucoma.They were divided into research group(190 cases,190 eyes) and control group(190 cases,190 eyes).The patients in research group orally administrated Fufang Xueshuan Tong capsule 1.5 g immediately after surgery,third times a day for 2 weeks;The patients in control group were without administration.Visual acuity of patients in two groups was observed at postoperative 1 day,7 days,1 month,3 months,6 months and 12 months.Results The average corrected vision were 0.45,0.62,0.78,0.81,0.83 and 0.86 in research group at postoperative 1 day,7 days,1 month,3 months,6 months and 12 months,which higher than 0.25,0.37,0.43,0.52,0.61 and 0.66 in control group(all P<0.001).The average corrected vision was 0.62 in research group at postoperative 7 days,0.61 in control group at postoperative 6 months.The time for corrected vision recovered to better level was shorter than that in control group.Conclusions Fufang Xueshuan Tong capsule can improve the condition of retinal ischemia and hypoxia after phacoemulsification,and has effect on improving vision and gets better vision.更多还原
