【摘要】 实现公民有序政治参与是发展社会主义民主、推动政治文明进步、实现政治和社会稳定的重要保障,我国政府一直以来也在扩大公民有序政治参与方面进行着不懈努力,为公民的有序政治参与提供了较好的条件,但是政府的努力基本是从宏观层面,缺少保障公民有序政治参与具体的、具有实际操作性的制度和程序。民间组织正好可以弥补政府在这方面的缺陷,在政府的引导和规范下,民间组织可以发挥培养公民政治参与意识、培训教育公民如何实现有序政治参与、引导公民实践有序政治参与、提高公民组织化程度,提高公民有序政治参与的能力的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The realization of civil orderly political participation is an important guarantee for developing socialist democracy,promoting political civilization and achieving political and social stability.The government has been doing a lot and providing better conditions to increase the civil orderly political participation.However,the government’s efforts are largely on a macro level without specific and practical systems and procedures to ensure the civil orderly political participation,thus leaving a gap for NGO to fill in.With the approval of the government,NGO can play a great role in raising the awareness of political participation,training the citizen to realize an orderly political participation,and leading the citizen to practice orderly political participation,so as to improve the citizen’s ability to participate in the politics orderly by way of bettering the organization of the citizen.更多还原
