【摘要】 目的评价儿科门急诊人性化护理培训的有效性。方法通过对儿科门急诊患儿家属满意度问卷调查,对调查结果进行统计学分析,对护士培训前后患儿家属满意度差异性进行比较。结果人性化护理技术的重点护理环节:穿刺前准备、静脉穿刺、输液监护、更换药品、拔管5项培训结果显示,患儿家属对5项服务满意状况均有差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对各项护理环节提供的服务满意的人数,培训后较培训前有所增加,分别增加14.09%、21.69%、11.43%、28.7%、10.03%,其中进行更换药品环节人性化护理服务培训后所得到的满意人数增加幅度最大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在一次穿刺失败事件中,培训后患儿家属对事件发生的理解并接受率较培训前提高10.39%(P<0.05);其中对多次穿刺失败事件应对培训后,对该事件发生认为不能接受的患儿家属人数出现较大幅度下降26.18%(P<0.05);医患沟通环节培训结果显示,不满意人数减少明显的为进行输液注意事项告知与疾病护理知识介绍两项,不满意率分别降低了15.91%(P<0.05)及14.18%(P<0.05)。结论儿科门急诊护士通过人性化护理培训,患儿家属满意度普遍提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of pediatric outpatient and emergency humanized nursing.Methods The satisfaction questionnaire survey for pediatric outpatient and emergency children families was inveastigated and took statistics analysis for the survies results.The different satisfaction of children families which before and after of nursing training were compared.Results The important nursing process of humanized nursing technology including puncture of anterior preparation,venipuncture,infusion monitoring,replacing drug,extubation.The results showed there were significant difference for the five satisfaction survies(P<0.05).After training,the number of pepole which was satisfactory with survies by kinds of nursing process had increased 14.09%,21.69%,11.43%,28.7%,10.03%,respectively than before.In the case of failing puncture,after training the understanding and acceptance rates with families of events have been improved about 10.39% compared with before training(P<0.05).The repeated puncture failure in emergency response training,the rate of families cannot accept had greatest decreased about 26.18%(P<0.05).The reasons about the number of disatisfaction decrease were taking infusion matters needing attention to inform and nursing care of the disease,the part of which decrease were 15.91%(P<0.05) and 14.18%(P<0.05).Conclusion Nurses of pediatric outpatient and emergency through humanized nursing training,the satisfaction of children families have been improved commenly.更多还原
