【摘要】 目的探讨肿瘤坏死因子α(Tumor necrosis factorα,TNF-α)、肿瘤坏死因子β(Tumor necrosis factorβ,TNF-β)与核因子κBp50(Nuclear factor ofκappa Bp50,NF-κBp50)在不同类型淋巴瘤中的表达及其意义。方法收集97例不同类型淋巴瘤患者石蜡组织和5例反应性增生淋巴结组织标本,应用免疫组织化学方法观察组织中TNF-α、TNF-β与NF-κBp50表达情况。结果 TNF-α、TNF-β与NF-κBp50在霍奇金淋巴瘤(HL)和非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)中均有不同程度的表达。TNF-α在淋巴母细胞淋巴瘤(LBL)与周围T细胞淋巴瘤(PTL)、LBL与浆细胞肿瘤(PCN)组间表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其它各亚型组间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);TNF-β与NF-κBp50在淋巴瘤各亚型之间的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);TNF-α表达和淋巴瘤临床病理特征差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);TNF-β表达在国际预后指数(IPI)评分的中-高危组高于低危组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余各组之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);NF-κBp50表达在汉族和少数民族之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余各组之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);TNF-α、TNF-β及NF-KBp50蛋白表达无相关性(P>0.05)。结论 TNF-α、TNF-β与NF-κBp50在不同类型淋巴瘤组织中均有不同程度的表达,在淋巴瘤的发生、发展中可能起着一定作用;TNF-β表达与IPI评分的中-高危组有关,提示其对淋巴瘤预后判断有一定的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α),tumor necrosis factor β(TNF-β) and Nuclear factor of κappa Bp50(NF-κBp50) and its significance in subtypes of lymphoma.Methods Immunohistochemical technique was used to assess the expression of TNF-α,TNF-β and NF-κBp50 in 97 cases paraffin tissue of subtypes of lymphoma and 5 cases of lymph node reactive proliferation.Results Expression level of TNF-α,TNF-β and NF-κBp50 were different in HL and NHL.Expression of TNF-α in lymphoblastic lymphoma(LBL) and proliferstive T cell lymphoma(PTL),lymphoblastic lymphoma(LBL) and plasma cell tumor(PCN) had significant difference(P<0.05),others group had no significant difference(P>0.05);Expression of TNF-β and NF-κBp50 in subtypes of lymphoma was not significant different(P>0.05).Expression of TNF-β had significant difference between low-risk group and middle-high risk group of International Prognosis Index(P<0.05),the expression of others group was not significant different(P>0.05).Expression of TNF-α,TNF-β and NF-κBp50 in subtypes of lymphoma had no correlation(P>0.05).Conclusion TNF-α,TNF-β and NF-κBp50 had been found various degree expression in subtypes of lymphoma,TNF-α,TNF-β and NF-κBp50 play roles in the development of lymphoma.Expression of TNF-β have has associated with of middle-high risk group of International Prognosis Index.It has a certain reference value in the prognosis of lymphoma.更多还原
