【Abstract】 This paper focuses on the characteristic of minority students,makes a study of how to improve the teaching quality of organic chemistry,including the teaching methods of arousing students’ interest,heuristic teaching,multimedia and bilingual teaching.It also points out that the scientific and quality view of higher education should be human-oriented,so as to be helpful for students’ future development.更多还原
