利用SSR标记研究96个玉米自交系的遗传多样性及其群体遗传结构

【摘要】 分析玉米自交系的遗传多样性,研究其种质群体的遗传结构,为配制优势杂交种提供理论依据。利用108对SSR标记引物,对96份玉米自交系进行遗传多样性分析。针对目标群体,使用STRUCTURE软件,进行群体遗传结构评估。设定亚群数目(K)为1~9,并假定标记位点都是独立的,利用△K(k)确定最适合的K值,进而生成Q-matrix。SSR分析表明,108对SSR引物共检测到472个等位片段。每对引物可以稳定检测到2~9个等位片段,平均每对引物检测到4.37个等位片段。群体结构评估表明,最合适的K=2,即目标群体中存在2个亚群。

【Abstract】 This study was carried out to analyze the genetic diversity of maize inbred lines and to study genetic structure of germplasm population in order to provide the theoratical basis for preparing dominant hybrid seed.The genetic diversity for 96 maize inbred lines were analyzed by using 108 pairs of SSR primers.The population genetic structure were assessed on target groups by using STRUCTURE software.Setting subsets(K) for 1-9,using △K(k) to determine the most suitable value of K,and then to generate the Q-matrix.SSR analysis showed that 108 primers produced 472 polymorphic amplified fragments.The average number of alleles per SSR locus was 4.37 with a range from 2 to 9.Assessment of population structure showed that the most appropriate K=2,namely,there were 2 sub-groups in the Target population.
