【摘要】 企业成长意味着企业规模的扩大和组织能力、企业家能力的提升。文章在整合企业成长理论成果的基础上,提出了企业静态能力、动态能力、企业家能力及其与企业成长的关系模型,认为:无论是经济学的企业成长理论,还是管理学的企业成长理论,都未能从企业运营的角度、从为企业管理者决策服务的角度探讨企业的成长模式问题。成长模式即商业模式。商业模式是一个组织在明确外部假设条件、内部资源和能力的前提下,用于整合组织本身、顾客、价值链伙伴来获取超额利润的一种战略创新意图和可实现的结构体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper is to explore the source and the mechanism of the sustainable competititive advantage of the enterprise.The growth of the enterprise means the expansion of the enterprise scale and the enhancement of the ability of the organization and the entrepreneur.Based on the integration of the enterprise growth model,this paper indentifies the relationship model among the enterprise static ability,the enterprise dynamic ability,the enterprise growth and the entrepreneur’s ability and proposes the future research dynamics.更多还原
