【摘要】 文章结合新疆特殊的区情,分析影响新疆高校学生突发性群体事件的意识形态、外部势力、经济、社会、文化等方面的因素及特点,找准了预防及处置学生突发性群体事件中存在的应急管理、防范教育、利益诉求渠道、管理人员能力等四方面共性问题,提出了增强责任意识、建立健全突发事件危机防范机制、危机处置机制及善后处置和预防的长效机制的解决对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 In light of the special situations in Xinjiang,this paper analyzes the characteristics of ideological, external force,economic,social and cultural factors which influence mass emergency incidents in universities of Xinjiang.Besides,it summarizes the common features in emergency management,preventive education, interests demanding channels and manager’s capabilities in preventing and dealing with the incidents.To dissolve crises,it further proposes to enhance the responsibility consciousness,and improve the prevention mechanism,crisis management mechanism,the aftermath management and long-acting prevention mecha- nism.更多还原
