【摘要】 目的了解高校教职工代谢综合症(MS)的现状,为制定干预措施提供依据。方法应用中华医学会糖尿病学分会(CDS)诊断标准,随机抽取校内6 667名教职工,进行询问病史、体格检查及辅助检查。结果 MS患病率为13.99%,随着年龄的增长,MS患病率呈上升趋势,60~69岁年龄段最高;MS及其各组分,即超重和(或)肥胖、血脂异常、高血糖、高血压及2型糖尿病患病率男性高于女性。结论高校预防保健工作重点是预防生活方式疾病,男性和老年人是干预的重点人群。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the status of metabolic syndrome of staff in a university,so as to provide the evidence for developing a preventive intervention.Methods According to the definition of MS of CDS in 2004,6 667 persons were selected randomly and investigated,and the investigated methods included inquiries,physical examinations and other assistant examinations.Results The prevalence rate of MS was 13.99%.The prevalence rate of MS and its related diseases increased with the age increasing with the peak of the crowd of 60-69 years old.The rates of MS and its related diseases,i.e.overweight,hypertension,hyperlipemia,high blood sugar and type 2 diabetes mellitus were higher in the male than those in the female.Conclusions The emphasis of preventive health care in a university should be the prevention of life-style diseases,and particularly we should pay more attention to the older and the male.更多还原
