【摘要】 目的了解大学生预防艾滋病知识态度现状,推动高校艾滋病健康教育质量向高层次和科学化发展。方法对210名大学生进行青春期生殖生理知识和预防艾滋病知识问卷调查。采用SPSS 13.0软件进行分析。结果大学生获得艾滋病知识较多的途径主要是各种媒体;多数人认为只要相爱、愿意就可进行性行为;在可传播HIV途径中知晓率最高的为输血87.1%;哺乳传播HIV知晓率只有66.8%。不知道安全套有预防艾滋病作用高达60.9%;60.4%的大学生会主动了解艾滋病的防控知识;62.4%的大学生会向亲朋好友宣传艾滋病的防控知识。结论高校大学生的某些防控艾滋病知识仍有待进一步提高。成立高校防控艾滋病健康教育基地是提高大学生艾滋病防控知识、增强自我保护意识与防病能力的有效措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the present condition of college students’ knowledge and attitude to AIDS prevention,to explore the health education mode on AIDS designed for college students,and to promote the health education quality to the high level and scientific development. Methods A questionnaire survey on adolescence physiological knowledge and AIDS prevention was performed among 210 college students and the data were analyzed statistically by using software SPSS 13.0.Results All sorts of media were the main approach for college students to obtain the knowledge of AIDS.Most of the students considered that it was reasonable to practice sex if the partners were in love and willing.Blood transfusion(87%) was the most widely known as the HIV spreading way.It was known by 66.8% of the students that lactation could spread HIV.While 60.9% of the students did not know that condom could prevent AIDS,60.4% of the students initiatively learned about the knowledge on AIDS prevention,and 62.4% of them had the willing to publicize the knowledge of AIDS prevention to their relatives.Conclusions College students still need to further improve their prevention and control knowledge on AIDS.The establishment of a health education base on AIDS prevention and control will be an effective action to broaden college students’ knowledge on AIDS prevention and control and to strengthen their awareness of protecting themselves.更多还原
