【摘要】 目的了解贵阳市中学生网络成瘾现状及其影响因素,为开展预防及干预中学生网络成瘾提供参考。方法整群分层抽取贵阳城区10所中学3 340名学生进行问卷调查。结果近0.5 a内有2 875名中学生使用过网络,上网学生中157名有网络成瘾倾向,占上网人数的5.5%,且男生检出率高于女生,初中生高于高中生。上网年限越长、频率越高、每次上网时间越长,网络成瘾检出率越高;在网吧上网、上网目的为玩游戏的中学生网络成瘾倾向检出率最高,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01)。Logistic回归分析显示,网吧上网、每周上网次数、每次上网时间、玩网络游戏与网络成瘾倾向均呈正相关,上网获取信息与网络成瘾倾向负相关。结论中学生网络成瘾问题需引起重视,应引导中学生健康上网,预防网络成瘾现象发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the prevalence and the influencing factors of Internet addiction among middle school students in Guiyang City,and to lay the reference for prevention and intervention of Internet addiction among middle school students.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among a sample of 3 340 students drawn from ten middle schools in Guiyang City.Results In the last six months,the total number of computer Internet users was 2 875,and the number of Internet addiction students tested by the questionnaire was 157,accounting for 5.5%,on which a conclusion of Internet addiction can be caused and for those Internet addicters,males were more than females and junior school students are more than senior school students.The results also told that the longer the students were on the line,the higher frequency of getting on the line will be,and the longer they were on the line every time,the easier they will be tested by the scales;They often stayed on the line in bars,with the purpose of playing games,this item had the highest test efficiency,and all the differences had the significance in terms of statistics(P<0.01).Logistic regression analysis indicated that get on line in bars,times to get on line,the time of getting on line and the purpose of playing games are positive correlated.The purpose of collecting information was negative correlated.Conclusion More attention should be paid to the students’ Internet addiction problems,a guide for healthy usage of the Internet by middle school students should be given to prevent Internet addiction.更多还原
