【摘要】 目的了解海南省城乡儿童蛲虫感染情况,为制定儿童蛲虫病的防治措施提供科学依据。方法对抽取的海南省城乡1 696名儿童连续3 d采用透明胶纸肛周粘贴法,进行蛲虫感染检查及问卷调查,收集蛲虫感染相关危险因素,并对结果进行统计分析。结果 1 696名儿童3次连续检查累计总感染率为51.24%。其中县级市、乡镇、小学、私立学校和幼儿园的儿童蛲虫感染率分别明显高于省级市、城区、幼儿园、公立幼儿园的儿童(P值均<0.05)。感染率随年龄增长而增高,男、女童感染率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。校园卫生条件、个人卫生习惯及家庭状况较好的儿童蛲虫感染率较低;反之较高。结论海南省城乡儿童蛲虫感染率较高,蛲虫感染与地区、托管机构、年龄、卫生环境和个人卫生习惯、家庭状况密切相关。应采取综合性的防治措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To learn the current situation of pinworm infection among children in the urban and suburb of Hainan,so as to provide scientific basis for the establishment of prevention measures.Methods The method of adhesive tape for 3 consecutive days was used to conduct a survey of pinworm infection among 1 696 children in Hainan.A questionnaire survey was applied to collect risk factors related to pinworm infection.Results The infection rate of the pinworm was 51.24%.The infection rates of children in the county-level cities,towns and communities,schools,private kindergartens were respectively and significantly higher than that in the provincial cities,urban areas,kindergartens,public kindergartens.And the rate of infection was increasing with ages.No significant difference was found between boys and girls.The pinworm infection rates of children who had good conditions of campus health,personal hygiene and family status were lower,and higher on the contrary.Conclusion The rate of pinworm infection among children in the urban and suburb of Hainan is much higher than the national average level.The infection of pinworm is closely related with the regions,hosting institutions,ages,their environmental hygiene,personal hygiene and family status.Comprehensive prevention measures should be taken.更多还原
