【摘要】 目的探讨药品不良反应(ADR)发生特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对111例ADR的发生原因、表现特征进行分析。结果 111例不良反应中,抗菌药物引起的ADR最多,占71.17%;ADR表现以皮肤附件损伤最为常见,占38.57%;以静脉滴注给药引发的ADR最多,占93.69%。结论应重视ADR的监测工作,特别重视抗菌药物和静脉滴注用药ADR的防治,提高临床合理用药水平,减少并尽量避免ADR的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the characteristics of adverse drug reactions(ADR).Methods We analyzed 111 cases of ADRs.Results The 111 cases of ADRs are mainly induced by antimicrobial agents,ADRs of 71.17 percent is associated with it;clinical manifestation of ADRs of 38.57 percent is skins and accessories for damage,among them,93.69 percent were caused by intravenous route.Conclusion Great importance should be attached to ADR monitoring,especially the use of antibiotics and intravenous route,and enhance the level of rational administration.更多还原
