【摘要】 目的探讨532nm绿激光治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法选择中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变77例,随机分为药物治疗组(对照组)21例和532nm绿激光组(治疗组)56例。对照组常规给予药物治疗,治疗组采用532nm绿激光直接光凝治疗,观察视力恢复情况、治愈率和复发率,并随访两年。结果两组各时间段的视力改善、视力随时间变化及临床疗效的比较,均有显著统计学意义,治疗组疗效均明显优于对照组。结论 532nm绿激光治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变,优势突出,临床疗效明显优于单纯应用药物治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the efficacy of 532nm green laser photocoagulation on Central Serous Chorioretinopathy(CSC).Methods Seventy-seven patients with central serous chorioretinopathy were collected from outpatient and inpatient department of Ophthalmology in our hospital from July 2005 to June 2010;and were randomly divided into two groups: the control group(n=21) and treatment group(n=56).The control group was treated by medicine,while the treatment ones were treated by 532nm green laser photocoagulation.Observed the recovery of visual acuity,the cure rate and relapse rate,and followed the tracks of patient for two years.Results Between the two groups,there were significant difference in the improvement of visual acuity in each time,the changes with time of vision and the clinical efficacy(P<0.05).The effects of treatment group are much better than those in the control ones.Conclusion Central Serous Chorioretinopathy treated by 532nm green laser photocoagulation has powful affect,its effect is much better than that only by medicine.更多还原
