100株ICU院内感染铜绿假单胞菌的耐药性分析
Analysis of drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa
【摘要】 目的了解新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院重症监护病房(ICU)院内感染铜绿假单胞菌对临床常用抗菌药物的耐药性,以指导临床合理使用抗菌药物。方法选取2009年6月~2010年11月住院的100位患者痰培养检出的铜绿假单胞菌,用法国梅里埃微生物检测系统进行检测。结果铜绿假单胞菌对氨苄西林和氨苄西林/舒巴坦的耐药率最高,均达到100%,其次是复方磺胺甲基异噁唑(99%)、头孢呋辛钠(98%)、庆大霉素(33.3%)。结论临床医生应根据流行病学及微生物实验室提供的药敏实验结果选择敏感药物,并根据其指导正确的经验性治疗,有效控制感染,减少耐药性。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa clinical isolation from intensive care unit(ICU) to guide the rational use of antimicrobial agents.Methods All the 100 Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from Jun 2009 to Nov 2010 were detected the antimicrobial susceptibility with the Vitek 2 compact automatic bacteria identification system.Results Antimicrobial susceptibility rests showed the Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolates had a high rate of drug-resistance against Ampicillin and Ampicillin/Sulbactam(100%),the resistance rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to Compound Sulfamethoxazole is 99% followed by Cefuroxime Sodium(98%),Gentamicin(33.3%),and so on.Conclusion Clinicians to select sensitive drugs should be based on epidemiological and antimicrobial susceptibility test results and guidance according to their correct empirical treatment,effective infection control,and reduce drug resistance.
