【摘要】 目的探讨采用中西医结合治疗高脂血症性重症急性胰腺炎(severe acute pancreatitis,SAP)的疗效。方法按诊断标准和排除标准对我院收治的42例高脂血症性SAP患者的临床资料进行综合分析,所有病例入院后均接受中西医结合治疗。结果非手术治愈34例,占80.95%;因并发胰腺假性囊肿中转手术后治愈6例,占14.28%,共治愈40例,占95.23%;死亡2例,占4.77%,死亡原因为ARDS 1例,上消化道大出血1例。结论中西医结合治疗高脂血症性SAP可以取得良好的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of integrative medicine therapy on severe acute hyperlipidemic pancreatitis.Methods According to the defined inclusion and exclusion criteria,a clinical analysis was performed in 42 patients with severe acute hyperlipidemic pancreatitis.All patients received integrative medicine therapy after admission.Results 34 cases of nonoperative were cured(80.95%).6 cases were cured after of complicated pancreatic pseudocysts transit operation(14.28%).Total of 40 cases were cured(95.23%).2 cases died(4.77%).Conclusion Traditional-western treatment has good clinical efficacy in treating hyperlipoidemia-related SAP.更多还原
