免疫刺激对大鼠海马CA2-3区GR表达的影响

【摘要】 目的探讨细菌脂多糖(LPS)对大鼠海马CA2-3区糖皮质激素受体(GR)表达的影响。方法将健康雄性SD大鼠10只随机分为实验组和对照组,每组5只,实验组大鼠腹腔注射LPS,对照组大鼠腹腔注射等量生理盐水,用免疫组化方法测定大鼠海马CA2-3区GR的表达。结果 GR在大鼠海马各区散在分布,实验组大鼠海马CA2-3区GR表达量明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论海马CA2-3区GR参与调节LPS诱导的免疫反应过程。

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo study the effects of LPS on expression of GR in the CA2-3 region of hippocampus of rats.Methods10 health male SD rats were randomly divided into model group and control group.The model rats were intraperitoneally treated with LPS,while the 5 control rats were injected saline insteading of LPS.Immunohistochemistry method was used to measure the expression of GR in the CA2-3 region of hippocampus.ResultsCompared with the control group,GR content in the CA2-3 region of hippocampus of the model group was significantly decreased(P<0.01).ConclusionGR closely involved in the immunomodulating function in the CA2-3 region of hippocampus during LPS induced immune system activation.
