【摘要】 目的研究诺和锐30(BIAsp30)和诺和灵30R(BHI30)对新诊断的老年Ⅱ型糖尿病治疗效果、安全性及性价比。方法将42例新诊断的老年Ⅱ型糖尿病患者随机分为诺和锐30治疗组及诺和灵治疗组,诺和锐30组予早晚餐时注射,诺和灵30R组予早晚餐前30分钟注射,疗程3周,观察两组治疗前后血糖水平及果糖胺水平,达到目标血糖所需时间、胰岛素用量及低血糖发生率等。结果两组治疗均有效,诺和锐30组血糖达标时间较诺和灵30R组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);诺和锐30组低血糖发生例数低于诺和灵30R组,但差异无统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论诺和锐30能有效纠正高血糖,较快达标,不增加低血糖风险,更适用于老年患者。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the clinical effects of treatment of newly diagnosed elderly patients with type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus with Biphasic Insulin Aspart 30(BIAsp30)and BHI30.Methods 84 patients were random divided into two groups(BIAsp30 groups and BHI30 groups),42 cases in each of the diabetes mellitus dietary and fixed on the basis of education,2 times a day early before dinner and sharpness hypodermic and BIAsp30 or BHI30.Observe two different treatments with fasting plasma glucose(FPG) and postprandial 2 hours glucose(2hPBG),FA,time to reach target,and hypoglycemia.Result FBG and 2hPBG are namely after treatment were obviously decreased(P<0.05).The time to reach target of BIAsp30 group was significantly shorter than that of BHI30 group(P<0.05).The number of cases of hypoglycemia of that of BIAsp30 group was less than BHI30 group,but no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion BIAsp30 can significantly reduce blood glucose levels,but not increase the risk of hypoglycemia,can reduce the dosage of insulin;it is a good choose for elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.更多还原
