【摘要】 目的探讨子宫内膜异位症患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、细胞间黏附分子1的变化及其与子宫内膜异位症的关系。方法选择住院的40例子宫内膜异位症患者为EMT组,同时选择40例体检健康者作为对照组,检测两组受检者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)、IFN-γ、IL-4水平。结果子宫内膜异位症患者外周血CD4+T淋巴细胞计数、CD4/CD8比值、sICAM-1、IL-4均显著高于对照组,CD3+T淋巴细胞计数、CD8+T淋巴细胞计数、IFN-γ均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论机体细胞免疫异常在子宫内膜异位症的发生、发展中发挥着一定作用,为子宫内膜异位症的发病机制提供了一个新的免疫线索。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate relationship between the changes of T lymphocyte subsets and intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1) in endometriosis.Methods 40 endometriosis patients were selected as EMT group,40 healthy as control group.The levels of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1),IFN-γ、IL-4and T Lymphocyte Subsets in two groups were measured respectively.Results The percentage of CD4+T cells,CD4/CD8,sICAM-1,IL-4 were increased while CD3+T cells,CD8+T cells,IFN-γ were decreased in those with endometriosis(P<0.05).Conclusion Immune dysfunction exert certain effects on the pathogenesis and progression of endometriosis.更多还原
