【摘要】 目的探讨恶性脑膜瘤的MRI表现,提高对恶性脑膜瘤的MRI诊断和鉴别诊断的准确性。方法回顾性分析32例经病理和手术证实的恶性脑膜瘤的MRI表现特征及诊断价值。结果恶性脑膜瘤形态多不规则,边缘呈分叶状或结节状(27/32),部分或全部境界模糊(23/32)。T1WI均呈不规则混杂信号,以等、低信号为多(28/32),T2WI以高等混杂信号为多见(29/32);增强扫描:肿瘤均呈不均匀强化,部分肿瘤可示硬膜尾征(30/32)。结论恶性脑膜瘤的MRI表现具有一定的特征性,可为术前诊断提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study MRI features of malignant meningioma,and to improve the diagnosticaccuracy of malignant meningioma.Methods 32 cases with malignant meningioma proved by operation and pathology were retrospectively analyzed.Results The tumors were irregular or lobulated in contour with all or part of the border ill-defined.Most tumors showed heterogeneous and low signal intensity on T1 W I(28/32 cases),and heterogeneous and high signal intensity on T2WI(29 /32cases).All cases were un-uniformed enhanced.30 cases showd a short irregular dural tail shape.Conclusion Malignant meningiomas has some characteristic features in MRI imaging and it may provide a considerable evidence for operating procedure.更多还原
