【摘要】 目的探讨数字胃肠造影与CT扫描在胃癌诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析56例经手术或活检病理证实胃癌的临床检查资料,对患者的数字胃肠造影检查结果和CT表现进行对照分析。结果 CT能清楚地显示胃癌病变的全貌以及病变和周围脏器的关系。胃CT检查能够发现淋巴结及脏器的转移病灶。结论 CT检查是胃癌患者术前诊断及术后评估的最佳方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the value of the digital GI and CT scan in the diagnosis of gastric carcinoma.Methods Retrospective analysis of 56 cases of clinical examination data with gastric carcinoma that had been proven by histological examinations.The digital GI and CT findings were comparatively analyzed.Results 1.Lesions and the speared or involved adjacent organs were well revealed on CT.2.Metastatic lymphadenopathy and involved organs can be demonstrated on CT.Conclusion CT of the stomach is one of the best methods for preoperative diagnosis and assessment of postoperative following up in patients with gastric carcinoma.更多还原
