【摘要】 目的探讨术前护理干预对白内障超声乳化术后干眼控制的效果。方法对128例欲行白内障超声乳化术的患者随机分为实验组64例(64只眼)和对照组64例(64只眼)。对照组采用常规术前护理方法,实验组除常规术前护理外,采用术前护理干预措施。对两组患者术前、术后进行干眼症的比较,以评价术前护理干预的作用。结果两组患者术前干眼症例数比较,无明显差异(P>0.05);术后1周干眼症发生例数实验组显著少于对照组(P<0.01)。结论对术前干眼实施护理干预,有助于白内障超声乳化术后干眼的控制,具有重要的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of preoperative nursing intervention to dry eye after phacoemulsification.Methods The 128 cataract patients were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group(64 eyes) and the control group(64 eyes).The conventional preoperative nursing methods and the preoperative dry eye nursing intervention were both used to the first.The control group only used the conventional nursing methods.Results The incidence rate of xeroma of the experimental group was significantly less than the control group(P>0.05),after 1 postoperative week(P<0.01).Conclusion The preoperative dry eye nursing intervention is helpful to dry eye control after phacoemulsification.更多还原
