【摘要】 目的探讨人抵抗素(resistin)含量与冠状动脉粥样硬化病变程度的关系。方法采用Gensini评分系统对283例患者冠状动脉血管病变程度进行定量评分,得出Gensini积分。RESISTIN采用酶联免疫试验(ELISA)检测。统计分析resistin含量与冠状动脉粥样硬化狭窄程度的关系。结果由低至高resistin四分位分组后,患者的年龄、胸痛病程、血脂、血糖、athens QRS积分以及Gensini积分在不同resistin组间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。年龄、血糖和resis-tin,LDL-c与Gensini积分呈显著正相关,resistin是Gensini积分的独立影响因子。结论血中resistin浓度的含量与冠状动脉病变的程度呈正相关,对冠心病的病变程度具有预测价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate relationship between serum resistin level and coronary atherosclerosis.Methods The study concluded 283 consecutive patients underwent coronary angiography for suspected or known coronary atherosclerosis.The severity of coronary atherosclerosis was defined by the Gensini’s score system.The serum resistin level was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results When resistin level was examined as a categorical variable classified by quartile values,age,course of chest pain,blood glucose,lipid and Gensini’s score differed among the groups.Gensini’s score was significantly associated with age,the level of blood glucose,resistin and LDL-c respectively.Resistin was independently associated with the Gensini’s score.Conclusion the level of plasma resistin was significantly associated with the severity of coronary atherosclerosis and independent from other traditional cardiovascular risk factors.更多还原
