【摘要】 目的观察复方沙棘胶囊治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法将70例非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者随机分为治疗组(35例)和对照组(35例)。治疗组口服复方沙棘胶囊,对照组口服安慰剂,疗程30天。治疗结束后,比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后症状积分、肝功能和血脂的变化。结果 70例患者均完成治疗,治疗组总有效率62.86%,对照组总有效率34.29%,两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组的症状积分、肝功能、血脂与对照组比较,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论复方沙棘胶囊对非酒精性脂肪性肝病有较好的治疗作用,且无明显不良反应,可在临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Fufangshaji Capsule for non-alcohlic fatty liver disease.Methods 70cases were equally randomized into treatment group(n=35)and conventional group(n=35).The treatment group was treated with Fufangshaji Capsule,and the conventional group was given placebo.Results Seventy cases accomplished treatment.The total effective rate was 62.86%in the treatment group and 34.29% in the conventional group.Conclusion Fufangshaji Capsule has certain therapeutic in treating non-alcohlic fatty liver disease.更多还原
