【摘要】 目的对31例高血压脑出血术后多器官功能衰竭(multiple organ failure,MOF)患者进行分析,为临床早期诊断、治疗和预防MOF提供帮助。方法回顾性分析我院2002年1月～2010年3月,252例高血压脑出血手术病人,其中合并MOF31例,对其临床特点和治疗方法进行总结。结果在31例MOF患者中呼吸衰竭27例(87.1%),胃肠道功能衰竭12例(38.7%),肾功能衰竭7例(22.6%)。死亡20例,死亡率64.5%。存活的11例患者中,按照格拉斯哥结果量表评分,恢复良好者2例,中度到重度残疾者8例,植物状态1例。结论高血压脑出血术后并发MOF原因较多,病死率较高,预后较差。早期手术、早发现、早期预防、避免诱因是降低MOF的重要策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize clinical features of 31 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with multipile organ failure at post-operration,and to recommend early clinical diagnosis,therapeutic methods and prevention of MOF.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on 252 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with operation from Januray in 2002 to March in 2010,there were 31 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with multipile organ failure to summarize clinical characteristics and therapeutic methods.Results There were twenty-seven cases with lung failure(87.1%),twelve cases with gastrointestinal tract failure(38.7%),seven cases with kidney failure in 31 patients.Twenty patients died(death rate 64.5%).Of eleven survival patients,according to the score of Glasgow outcome scale,2 recovered well,8 were moderately disabled and severely disabled,1 was vegetative state.Conclusion There were many reasons of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with multipile organ failure at post-operration,and threre was a high death rate,poor prognosis.Early operation,early detect,early prevention,avoiding causes are an important strategy to lower incidence of MOF.更多还原
