【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem that the mechanical properties of nodular iron castings under the condition of raw materials being unchanged were instable,the reason causing too lower or too higher strength of castings was analyzed and it was found that the unstable properties were relative with the improper granularity size of nodularizing alloy and improper nodularizing and inoculating process as well as the operation lacking strictness.By strictly controlling the granularity of alloy,nodularizing and inoculating process and operation,the problem of unstable mechanical properties was solved.更多还原
