【Abstract】 According to the working conditions and failure manner of the rod-shaped hammer of the crusher,a rational trial production plan of hammer was designed.By controlling the chemical composition,melting process and heat treatment process,ADI hammer casting with hardness ≥40 HRC,tensile strength ≥1 300 MPa,elongation >3% was finally obtained.Under the same working conditions,the working life of the ADI hammer was more than 2 times of that of the 40Cr cast steel hammer.更多还原
