【摘要】 目的观察双黄连粉针剂对乌头碱中毒引起的心律失常的治疗效果。方法回顾性将乌头碱中毒的患者分为双黄连组和对照组,对照组给予常规抗心律失常药物,双黄连组则给予双黄连1.2g/d静脉滴注,不用任何抗心律失常药物。观察两组的治疗效果。结果双黄连组的疗效明显优于对照组。结论双黄连粉针剂对乌头碱中毒所致心律失常有明显疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical observation of Shuanghuanglian in the treatment of arrhythmia induced by aconitine poisoning.Method Patients with arrhythmia induced by aconitine-poisoned were retrospectively divided into two groups,one group was treated by the conventional therapy while the other group was treated by Shuanghuanglian.The later group members were given Shuanghuanglian 1.2g/d.They couldn’t be given other effective medicine.Then the curative effect were observed and recorded.Results Shuanghuanglian group were significantly better than the control group.Conclusions Shuanghuanglian has significant anti-arrhythmic effects on arrhythmic induced by aconitine poisoning.更多还原
